Administers the annual salary planning process including market movement analysis, budgeting, forecasting, development and validation of tools, process execution and data integrity checks, and dissemination to country based Human Resources (HR) partners.
Develop effective compensation programs, variable plan design, pay decisions, job evaluations, guidelines and procedures. Recommends plan revisions as well as new plan designs which are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends and objectives. Provide guidance to the executive and management team.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for setting ATG global benefits strategy related to Health & Welfare, Insurances, Pension and related savings instruments and other ancillary benefits.
Manages the design, implementation, administration, training, communication and systems supporting global compensation programs and practices including salary planning, annual incentives, long-term equity, sales compensation, job grade and job description structure, and other compensation related matters.
