Develop, implement and execute sales strategy with specific focus on training, regional/key account support, leverage of technology, sensory branding and fragrance content, business development, implementation of new products, sales campaign, initiative execution, development and management of strategies related to tactical activity in competitive environments.
Lead Inside Sales efforts via prior customer outreach and incoming customer inquiries/requests via phone and internet; plan, track, and execute new product launches by providing cross functional support to sales, R&D, supply chain, and finance.
This position works closely with the Branch Sales Manager to expand business and establish new customers while interacting with existing customers to increase sales of an organization's products and/or services.
