In this role, you will conduct research on the subject matter including interviewing and observing subject matter experts, researching project/program artifacts, on-line sources, and other substantive source material to write technical materials.
In this role, you will be responsible for
develop and manage all phases of the documentation project( s ) including initial analysis, information gathering, design of deliverables, and distribution of finished product.
The ideal candidate must be a concise writer who has experience using page design software. The candidate should be able to work independently as well as with a team and should demonstrate a good work ethic and communication skills.
