This position is responsible for the innovation and development of systems and processes that increase the efficiency of operations in all functional areas of the restaurant that deliver an enhanced guest experience, maximizes top line growth opportunities and profitability.
Develops business plan and targets for market and channel growth through conversion within assigned territory. Owns existing customer relationships, but spends majority of time cultivating new relationships with key distributors, dealers, and builders within specific area.
Responsible for meeting the established physician office standards of nursing practice, managing all assigned personnel, supplies and equipment in the clinics and for promoting teamwork with physicians and personnel of other departments.
The Territory manager will identify opportunities for sales growth potential by market which includes conducting market studies, examination of sales trend statistics and developing pricing strategies.
Responsible for conducting sales calls with eye doctors (optometrists, ophthalmologists) and other optical specialists to promote our contact lenses and contact lens solutions using consultative selling approach.
