Manage risks and contingencies to ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget;coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Manage the upgrades/retrofit construction project program process administration across the data center portfolio. Focus is on ability to manage multiple project at one time over multiple locations globally.
Responsible for day to day Project activities onsite including but not limited to updating project schedule, managing sub-contractors, solving schedule problems, cost control, daily and weekly reporting as necessary.
Individual will assist customer with special projects as they arise and may include asset management/inventory tracking. This would involve tasks to maintain asset documentation for records of equipment, vendor assignment documentation, spare inventory, installation design plans, project documentation, site survey assessments, work status information, customer contact information, contractual agreements, as well as, financial budgeting, actual costs, financial analysis documents.
Oversee the project from receipt of RFP until completion. Activities include (but are not necessarily limited to) managing a multidisciplinary team for designated projects to ensure quality and integrity of data, compliance with either Chiltern or Sponsors SOPs, ICH GCP, relevant SOPs and regulatory requirements.
This position will require management of customer expectations, communication of expectations throughout the company as well as communication of the company capabilities, recommendations and strategic initiatives to the customer.
Ensure that project team member performance supports project budget and delivery requirements; effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved through appropriate change management processes.
Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Approves subordinate's recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination.
