Not only does this person serve as the facility's employment "first impression", you will also play an integral role in ensuring the success of the team by providing guidance on HR policy/procedure.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department; the successful incumbent will manage HR programs, talent development, employee relations and policy administration in a distribution center environment, (non-union).
