The Compensation Accountant is responsible for the timely and accurate calculation and reporting of commissions and bonuses for the organization as well as payroll support. The Compensation Accountant will work with team members across multiple departments within the company.
This candidate is responsible for coordinating efforts of internal process owners and subject matter expertise. He/she will develop contingency plans to eliminate obstacles to on-time and on-budget completion of the project.
In this role, the selected candidate will reconcile general and subsidiary bank accounts by gathering and balancing information; provide financial status information by preparing special reports; completing special projects.
In this role, the selected candidate will identify, analyze, lead and implement process/cost improvements in both the Financial and Operational parts of our business with the appropriate involvement of Finance and Operational partners.
