Clinical Operations is responsible for supporting the timely and quality sale, installation and monitoring of BD/CareFusion products and services; may also provide product and service education to facilitate technology adoption and workflow change management.
Supervises and directs the daily operations of the team, including but not limited to: establishing mutual goals, assigning tasks, maintaining schedules and ensuring compliance with FMCNA and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) as well as adhering to regulatory specifications.
Inspects unit/wing areas to verify that residents needs are met and policies and procedures are followed. Supervises admissions, transfers and discharges and ensures documentation is complete and resident needs are met.
