Clinical Operations is responsible for supporting the timely and quality sale, installation and monitoring of BD/CareFusion products and services; may also provide product and service education to facilitate technology adoption and workflow change management.
Responsible for supervising and coaching a team of associates to provide excellent customer
satisfaction for internal and external customers. Responsible for resolving customer issues,
controlling cost and supporting customer and associate retention.
Clinical Operations Project Management is responsible for managing all aspects of implementation projects including project planning, timing and execution within the constraints of a budget, schedule and scope while minimizing risk, and adherence to established processes and methodologies.
Facilitates training as needed, employee motivation, counseling and discipline of group members; coordinates with functional areas (production, materials, quality, engineering, etc.) to resolve issues.
