Oversee the change management process; assist owners with development and implementation of design changes and project teams with analysis and recommendations regarding architect and contractor change order requests; review all change orders before being sent to the owner and other relevant stakeholder.
Manage/coordinate the planning and implementation of projects relating to engineering, manufacturing, distribution, capacity planning, layout and realignment of facilities, process mapping, methods engineering, economic analysis, new product development, and capital equipment justification, as well as organizational planning and development.
Prepare plans and schedules that include project phasing, project milestones, objective entry/exit criteria, and critical relationship identification, while maintaining and reporting program/activity IMPs and IMSs.
