The Home Health Team Leader is responsible for the overall supervision and coordination of clinical services. In this role, the selected candidate will plan and execute capital improvement projects for expansion and/or upgrade of aluminum extrusion and rolling mill facilities. Develop project scope, feasibility, cost estimates and schedule.
Handle the rollout of new software for the team to include training, procedures, and other change management activities; provide a security briefing for new employees and communicate with personnel about information security policies.
Collaborate to develop a comprehensive supply chain strategy for the client, including sourced categories, category strategies, savings commitments, service improvement ideas, and transition/implementation plan.
