As a Human Resources Generalist you will work across the organization providing support, in employee relations, benefits administration, policies, performance management, and compensation with the goal of developing and maintaining a workforce that achieves excellence.
In this role, the selected candidate should be able to understand customer requirements and write functional/technical specification documents for RICEFs; should be able to work with Interfaces to third party systems.
In this role, the selected candidate will serve as a Business Partner at the segment or division level to: assist with the implementation of corporate human resource policies at the segment or division level.
This HR professional will be a strategic business partner with the plant leadership teams, support HR strategic initiatives and contribute to the plant business goal achievement. Some overnight travel is required.
