In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of site projects including writing request for proposal documents, engineering/design, schedule, planning, safety, field oversight, compliance, quality, and project turnover to maintenance and customer.
In this role, the selected candidate will plan and execute capital improvement projects for expansion and/or upgrade of aluminum extrusion and rolling mill facilities. Develop project scope, feasibility, cost estimates and schedule.
In this role, you will ensure facility is in compliance with regulatory requirements relating to staff credentialing and education. Provides services associated with ongoing professional development of staff at the facility.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a progressive management experience in the long products segment of the Steel Industry, including steel rolling ( hot rolling or cold rolling ) or drawing process experience.
In this role, you will manage the implementation and evaluation of manufacturing processes, emphasizing those which provide cost savings or improve production methods using Lean Six and Six Sigma methodologies.
