As the Sales Director, you will work independently, calling on all sized businesses across the U.S; this role is a true hunter, cold-calling, prospecting role that requires commitment and self motivation.
Ensuring that the R&D tax portfolio is effectively controlled and monitored, and delegated where appropriate, ensuring that the processing of claims meets monthly deadlines and internal and external service delivery demands.
Responsible for fulfilling leasing and move in goals. Maintains a positive image of the community with referral sources, residents, and staff personnel. Supervises the sales and marketing personnel at the community.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and implement a formal client retention and client satisfaction strategy; build relationships with new customers and increase company's market share in the region (including groups such as risk management associations, trade associations, CPAs, wealth advisors).
