Youll work Engineers, Product Managers, and other Designers to build and improve our health-tech products that drive impact and action for patients and physicians. As the UX Designer its essential that you are driven, collaborative, and excited about solving interesting, sophisticated, and unique problems.
Develop prototypes ranging from paper-and-pencil concepts to high-fidelity designs (using HTML, Keynote, Flash or After Effects) that represent both the visual identity and interaction model required to ensure user success.
Work closely with product and design teams to identify research questions, build a research plan that will answer them, and communicate the insights to shape the user experiences of products and capabilities.
Proven ability to deliver research insights that impact the customer experience; ability to work with key decision-makers and executives to help make strategic decisions about our product and business.
As a member of technical staff, you will be interacting with software engineers, network/system operations staff and network/system architects to support the development of an innovative and unified graphical user interface experience/environment which supports network intent/policy driven design principles and leverages the latest enhancements in user interface design.
Experience in marketing content, corporate identity, brand management, Retail/3D fixtures, new digital and interactive environmental graphics and/or architectural experience and/or visual merchandising, and all new media communication.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for games, technology, VR and innovative yet intuitive user experiences. You are comfortable with rapid prototyping, contributing your design ideas and are not afraid to quickly try out several different design/prototype ideas that may or may not be used. You possess a positive can-do attitude and will be an integral part of the design process.
Drive the alignment of business requirements, user centered design methodology and technology factors to create designs for the purpose of validating business requirements and conducting usability testing.
As a UX Designer on the Tutors team you will be responsible for designing new user experiences, creating concepts, visual mockups and specifications, and representing designs and the user perspective to the product team.
Work closely with a team of Product Managers and Engineers to create an intuitive, cohesive and seamless user experience across all products; take responsibility for the coordination, planning, prioritization and execution of user research projects.
