In this role, you will drive dialog with engineering organizations within the company to establish training needs, identify vendors/partners to supply tech training and cultivate relationships with internal subject matter experts to develop our own training.
In this role, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the training group, development and administration of training materials and activities as well as management of team members.
