Responsible for the advancement and day-to-day management of Revenue Cycle training, performance improvement and help desk assistance, along with coordination and dual involvement with the Epic training program and implementation of Epic systems.

Responsible for packaging training content utilizing a platform like adobe captivate, articulate, or other 3rd party software. Or alternatively, training internal resources to be self-sufficient in producing appropriate training content.
Assists supervisor in the planning, development and delivery of sustainable strategic technology training delivered by outside vendors and/or internal Subject Matter Experts (SME) using instructor-led, train-the-trainer or electronic/web-based methodologies.
