Work with e-commerce backend platform team to build the best-integrated and personalized mobile shopping experiences; champion user profile, targeting and notification requirements to drive consistent engagement.
Serve as a technical SME of the Product Support department to cross-functional SEA teams. Write general engineering and functional specifications to meet detailed product requirements developed by the product teams.
Partner closely with senior leadership, marketing and sales leadership to understand conceptual ideas, product innovations, competitive positioning, and translate such into compelling content and assets (presentations, data sheets, white papers, case studies, videos, demos, etc).
Experience building big data and mobile products from scratch, in a fast paced startup environment, build relationships with our team - veteran entrepreneurs, investors, and people with great networks.
This role will be responsible for growing our talented product managers, as well as our product management practice. Youll work closely with our VP of Product to help grow one of the best product organizations in the industry.
As the Operations Manager on the Global Platform Engineering team, you are going to be expected to be able to work strategically and effectively to build & manage various processes and systems and provide focused business analysis of all key critical success factors and Key Performance Indicators for the team.
The position will also provide direction for effective marketing campaigns and promotional materials and provide sales and internal product support including product training, forecasting and annual product plans. This position requires the ability to travel (approximately 20%, including domestic and international travel).
