The Manager of Social Media and Company Blog reports to the VP of Corporate Communications and will work closely with many stakeholders and knowledge/content holders throughout the company to program and create compelling content for the companys social media channels, grow our audience engagement and size, and deliver valuable information to our followers and industry/company watchers.
In this role, you will develop and implement social media and community strategies and best practices across various social media channels (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr, Youtube, etc).
The Manager of Social Media and Digital Content, reporting to the Vice President, Brand Marketing, is charged employing multiple Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube accounts to engage with influencers, consumers, patients and potential employees.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and oversee the global social media strategy, including company-wide programs, tools and infrastructure, employee training, governance and policy and management of the companys corporate social media properties.
In this role, you will develop global content and platform strategies to drive a global content hub with internal creative teams and agency support. Work closely with regional social/digital marketing leads to get inputs into content and platform strategies.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage social media campaign execution and scheduling including day-to-day content sourcing and creation as well as post-campaign analysis; create and manage a loyalty/referral program to nurture our most influential users to drive interest in, and loyalty to our products.
