The Sales Operations Analyst will play a vital role in providing ongoing operational support to the Sales Team and Customer Service. He/she will maintain customer pricing in QAD and provide associated reports to stakeholders.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the monthly commissions process for the core team of Salesforce direct sales; this includes understanding and applying the commission plan consistently, ensuring commissions calculations comply with the plan, and managing exception requests versus policy.
Assists in designing, implementing and using the infrastructure, tracking and reporting tools supporting the FLOD activities. Designs, supports and implements reporting initiatives. Performs other duties as assigned.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, reporting and forecasting activity for pilot operations. Serves as a knowledge expert in relevant operations data: able to assemble data from disparate sources to answer.
Provide analytical support and ad-hoc reporting support for weekly sales operating cadence. Establish reports and analytical models to evaluate performance, coordinate with sales and the finance team to report sales performance, respond to ad-hoc questions and data requests.
As assigned, supports the organization and maintenance of Control Programs, such as ensuring business processes and activities are documented, Third Party, Information Security, Business Continuity, Records, Fraud, etc. for CBG.
The person in this role must have exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, while being comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization, including executive management, sales, finance, and sales operations leaders and colleagues.
