The Commissioning/Quality Control Manager (CQCM) is responsible for managing and performing the daily QC responsibilities to ensure the project is completed, tested and commissioned in accordance with the project plans, specifications, commissioning plan and commissioning schedule.
Ensures laboratory is maintained in a constant state of compliance and is inspection ready at all time by conforming to all regulatory requirements and following routine 5s methodology.
ensures that all instruments are kept in a qualified and calibrated state.
Compile, track quality metrics for critical quality attributes and report to management on a quarterly basis (i.E., lot disposition, deviations, capa, change control, product complaints, oos, and audits).
The successful candidate will have deep technical knowledge of software development and testing. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment developing and fostering partnerships with cross-functional teams. The person filling this position should be a hands-on engineering or Software QA manager with proven leadership, management, and team building skills.
Contributes to the decisions on laboratory electronic systems and associated implementations/maintenance, and life cycle management for the commercial qc organization, in collaboration with analytical development, quality assurance (qa) and it computer systems validation.
Build and drive manual and automation test strategies; manage and personally engage in the creation of test plans, test cases and metrics; review and mentor team members in creating manual and automation test cases.
