The Associate Product Manager will work directly on internally developed mobile titles at various stages from pre-production through to live management. Reporting to the Director of Product, this role is crucial to driving Warner Bros. aggressive goals in mobile and social games.
Personally handle allcustomer defect and enhancement requests. This includes understanding not onlythe request but the root issue behind the request. Interacting with GlobalProduct Managers, TPS teams, Engineering, and customer users is key to thisprocess. Managing regular communication with the customer on status is alsorequired.
The ideal Candidate for this position is someone that knows and understands the main characteristics of the technology sales business (sales cast of characters, channel, marketing, order-to-cash processes, sales performance metrics, etc.)
Facilitates involvement of company personnel as needed including sales, operations, support, development, release management, and executive management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve problems.
The Sales Operations Manager will manage order submissions and fulfillment operations, as well as, work closely with cross-functional stakeholders in sales, finance, marketing and customer care in integrating new retail partners, optimizing processes and problem solving. This person is very organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
