Lead cross functional teams consisting of team members within Operations (Production Operations, Sysadmin, DBA, Network Administrators, Tools) and beyond Operations (Support, Development, QA, Product Management, Legal).
Oversee daily operations of Production Supervisors and review performance of subordinates; Set yearly goals and objectives for each direct report and continuously measure performance against those goals.
Collaborate with software engineers to design, deploy and operate a robust and performant infrastructure; work with external vendors to plan for and integrate new technologies; implement deployment processes and automation to operate and scale the infrastructure.
Convert raw data into well-presented and useful business information. Design new/required reports and are system savvy so you know what data to extract and from where and can work around technical limitations.
Develop Operations processes to ensure projects and tasks can be executed with high quality, safely and on-schedule; provide accurate status updates and timelines for laboratory and field testing in support of customer projects.
The ideal Candidate for this position is someone that knows and understands the main characteristics of the technology sales business (sales cast of characters, channel, marketing, order-to-cash processes, sales performance metrics, etc.)
Assist with developing and implementing an annual audit plan by assessing all relevant risk factors, considering managements expectations of internal audits strategic involvement throughout the organization and with outside vendors.
