In this role, you will assists the patient, family, and appropriate restorative personnel to obtain information relative to the specific disorders while in the rehabilitation setting to facilitate patient recovery.
As a member of the Focus Health team, you will provide Occupational Therapy services to our patients in their home settings; using our Point of Care documentation system, you will provide real time patient information to be shared with case managers, physicians, family members and the entire interdisciplinary team.
In this role, you will collaborating with families and other professionals, including educators, speech therapists, behavioral interventionists and mental health professionals, to tailor programs to each client's specific needs.

The Staff Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant administers occupational therapy services as directed by a registered Occupational Therapist; does not perform evaluations. Performs duties assigned by the Director of Rehab or staff therapist(s).
