Create market requirement documents (MRD) to drive continuous product innovation; develop marketing assets such as datasheets, feature briefs, whitepapers, user guides, web tutorials, and other sales collateral and content.
The CRM/Data-Driven Marketing Director will play a critical role in helping the agency continue to exceed current client expectations as well as bring in new revenue in the CRM/data-driven marketing space. He/She should have experience with a wide range of email campaigns and with campaign automation and/or ESP tools with a variety of features.
Manage the Bluewolf corporate brand positioning. This requires engagement with a variety of stakeholders to ensure the brand is consistently implemented globally. This person will facilitate and lead our messaging process to ensure our corporate messages are relevant, consistent, documented, published, consistently embraced, and most importantly, stand out from the noise.
Work in partnership with product marketing, as well as broader marketing and product business groups to develop and implement end-to-end journey and life cycle campaigns which includes campaign planning and design, target criteria selection, list management, campaign health monitoring and post campaign analysis.
Develop and execute integrated campaigns to achieve aggressive goals in building awareness, lead generation, pipeline and revenue; manage the marketing budget to optimize program investments and tracking of investment ROI while staying within budget.
Develop a comprehensive multichannel marketing strategy including both digital and traditional tactics, focused on long-term sustainable growth; manage, allocate, track and measure a substantial budget that balances investment in ROI-oriented marketing avenues along with experimentation, testing and innovation.
Defines and drives execution of the marketing strategy, product roadmap (including lifecycle management) and priorities for the assigned product lines. Develops annual and long term product roadmaps, marketing plans and launch planning in conjunction other internal and regional functional groups.
