Provide strategic counsel and support to leadership to identify and resolve employee issues. Monitor all employee relations case activity, ensuring follow through to resolution of all cases. Act as primary interface with legal counsel on employee relations matters.
Establish project standards, cadence and version controls for project documentation and workflow to ensure success of programs. Track program measurement and outcomes, taking lessons learned forward to expand and improve and evolve the program and build scalable processes.
Manages the effective implementation of human resources (HR) initiatives, policies and procedures, including compliance, employee onboarding and exiting, performance management, training, compensation, affirmative action planning and employee safety.

In this role, the selected candidate will
assist with employee engagement activities, advising leaders on and ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures and practices, and assisting in the management of day to day employee and labor relations.
The selected individual requires a strong capability to anticipate client needs and proactively identify areas for collaboration and integration inside and outside the HR organization, while serving as a change agent and coach.
Leverage solid business acumen to assertively partner with the management team regarding HR operations, Staffing, employee relations/labor relations, policies/procedures, compliance and general management topics.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for building business partner relationships based on trust and credibility, and the flawless execution of HR programs, policies, and practices so that quality objectives and deadlines are met successfully.
Recommend, implement, and oversee the facilitation of training courses on Human Resources topics including (but not limited to) new hire orientation, benefits education, management best practices, employment law, and compliance training.
