In this role, you will be responsible for
collaborates with hr business partner(s) and business leadership teams to provide guidance on all employee relations issues, interpretations and administration of company policies and procedures, and application of applicable state and federal employment laws as well as local labor laws in non-us countries.
In this role, you will be responsible for answering inquiries from third party administrators regarding data integrity including root cause analysis. The selected candidate will research and provide information to participants via verbal or written format in a timely manner.
In this role, you will administer, monitor, coordinate, maintain and ensure compliance with areas that may include affirmative action, anti - discrimination, health and safety programs as well as all federal and state laws and regulations.
In this role, you will closely partner with key business leaders, by aligning HR strategy with business strategies. You will provide a full spectrum of both strategic and tactical HR support and programs on a global basis to employees and managers.
In this role, you will partner with internal teams in defining business processes and associated system requirements for Time Tracking applications. Self starter who can own and drive test automation for large scale, high volume systems changes that result in unit, regression and integration testing.
The HR Business Partner is the first point of contact for much of Hogarth CAs 250+ workforce. Core areas of responsibility include CA state and federal compliance, employee relations, and HR systems and analytics.
This position is responsible for providing comprehensive site human resources support and you will be the people expert - the business partner to senior leaders as they work on growing and developing their workforce in a rapidly growing, fast paced environment.
