Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
Supervises human resources staff and provides direction and leadership necessary to meet service level standards and overcome obstacles. Manages expenses related to the divisions human resources activities; participates in the development of budgets, forecasts, and reconciliation of expenditures.
You will be responsible for overseeing all Human Resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, orientation and development, compensation, benefits and labor relations. Directs the Human Resources department and oversees Employee Health /Workers Compensation. Advises and guides management in interpretation and application of all Human Resources Policies, Collective Bargaining Agreements and State, Federal Regulations and local laws and regulations.
Design and implement total rewards program including compensation and incentive programs, non-monetary recognition program, health, welfare, retirement programs, including voluntary benefits programs and country-based compensation structures and benefit programs to ensure organizational equity and competitiveness.
Experience as a strategic business partner with credibility as a trusted advisor and confidant to senior management on business issues and business strategy with the ability to link human resources as a driver and influencer of business performance.

The Associate Director, HR is responsible for business partnering with specific client groups to provide a broad range of support for your clients people strategies. All members of the Santen HR team also take responsibility for leading or participating in projects that span across client groups.
The Director (HR) will function as a business partner and will work closely with line management on strategic organizational and management development initiatives.
