The Project Manager will coordination with Owners representatives, monitor and report on scope, budget and program status; liaise with Owners team and contractor to establish and monitor all key project processes and risk register.
The Process Systems Manager will work directly with Apple EH&S, Hardware Engineering, and local authorities to ensure compliancy on all facility equipment. This position will partner with EH&S, becoming part of the emergency response team (MERT).
Develops and tracks long term financial and operational plans consistent with SHC/department strategy and goals. Develops and ensures adherence to appropriate metrics. Develop and oversee adherence to all budgets.
Plan, organize, and conduct training on various topics, including injury & illness prevention, hazard communication, chemical hygiene, spill response, bloodborne pathogens, hazardous materials handling/disposal and emergency response.
Responsible for escalating issues and concerns to management / senior leadership with viable solutions as appropriate to drive action for change, solicit support or make major modifications to existing plans.
Manages the company's real estate portfolio and/ or facility assets (e.g., offices, manufacturing facilities, data centers, lab facilities and others) to ensure sufficient occupant capacity while minimizing company expenses and liabilities.
Responsible for managing teams of inspectors to provide construction observation and inspection of data center facilities (inclusive of vertical facilities construction, site infrastructure, power generation, etc.).
Responsible for the provision and management of standardized systems, processes and templates for project execution and governance and regular reporting on project and portfolio performance to senior management.
Perform project feasibility studies including scope, schedule and budget reviews. Develop and implement processes for delivery of projects in a consistent manner across the Global Portfolio with oversight from Facilities management.
Participates in semi-annual property inspections and prepares an inspection report for submission to the Property Supervisors and Deputy Director of Property Operations on findings and recommendations for correction.
In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of the daily business operations of the dialysis clinic including managing the functions and actions related to the center staff, quality of overall provision of patient care, maintenance of the physical plant and center equipment, and inventory control.
