Facility Manager will be supporting role for a client's operations, take ownership of certain elements of the facilities operations scope of work, run projects, and provide response and coordination of resolution for specific requests.
This position will provide leadership, coordination and support to the designated Project Teams, as well as ensuring that all projects are completed within budget, on schedule and meeting all program objective and appropriate governmental regulations.
Work closely with the clinical and/or business functional areas, with external customers, and with vendors to define systems/project priorities, scope, approach, resource requirements, timing deliverables and funding.
Participates in semi-annual property inspections and prepares an inspection report for submission to the Property Supervisors and Deputy Director of Property Operations on findings and recommendations for correction.
Responsible for performance of team of Technicians/ Mechanics/ Operating Engineers over multiple shifts or a large scale facility to perform maintenance and repair on client equipment and facilities systems.
In addition, the Regional Facilities Manager will be an active member on the Infection Control Team, maintain and update a business continuity plan, and work closely with the Quality Services team to ensure that IMQ standards are maintained at all times.
The Facilities and Engineering Manager is responsible for all aspects of the plants maintenance and capital programs. This individual will direct and oversee repair, prevention, replacement, and construction projects for all facilities and equipment within the plant site with the intent to develop solutions and systems that improve safety, reliability, and overall efficiency/performance.
The Project Manager is responsible for working with a project team that may include developers, researchers, designers, as well as operational and clinical representatives such as physicians and clinic staff.
The Program Manager represents company and its affiliates in capital improvement projects, including new development, facility expansion, renovation and retrofitting. This position leads, coordinates, monitors and reports on design and construction activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affordable housing and community development, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws. This full-time position will be located at our Menlo Park Headquarters.
In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of the daily business operations of the dialysis clinic including managing the functions and actions related to the center staff, quality of overall provision of patient care, maintenance of the physical plant and center equipment, and inventory control.
