The Corporate, Securities and Acquisitions Group within Oracle's legal department is responsible for all legal affairs relating to Oracle's global corporate structure, support of the Board of Directors and its committees, corporate governance, periodic SEC reporting, securities matters, and Oracle's mergers and acquisitions program, among other duties.
In this role, you will drive privacy-related initiatives, including providing guidance for development teams and product counsel on product and feature development using privacy by design methodologies.
In this position, you will structure, draft, and negotiate all manner of capital formation transactions, including loan sale arrangements, debt and equity securities offerings, and other financing and commercial transactions.
In this role, you will partner with other members of the legal team and key stakeholders to manage and continue to develop global privacy program, as well as identify and develop both internal and external compliance strategies and programs to meet our compliance objectives.
In this role, you will provide legal service and consultation to various business units for the game development, sales & marketing, distribution of console, PC and mobile games, merchandise licensing and eSports and as well as to dispute resolution and regulatory compliance matters.
In this role, you will analyze and interpret complex provisions in multi - part contracts to ensure compliance and consistency, negotiating and drafting corporate documents and other general corporate work.
In this role, you will provides legal counsel in a particular subject area of expertise and/or to specific business unit or units. Dispenses legal knowledge and expertise impacting business operations. Works closely with front line management and staff.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for communicating effectively about contractual and business matters, providing good risk/benefit analysis and guidance to internal stakeholders including Sales, Finance, HR and Delivery.
