The Contracts and Procurement Manager is responsible for managing sourcing / procurement activities and participating in the development and implementation of sourcing management strategies for all assigned categories.
Determine appropriate actions and solutions for the more complex contract and business issues related to the services offered and contract changes; assist with the evaluation and implementation of contract management tools, systems and technology.
Works with other SPCM teams, field partners, legal and others within the Commercial Organization to evaluate contract terms for business, legal and regulatory requirements and identify challenges as well as develop solutions for gaps.
Maintain the system of record (Box) for all contracts entered into by Snowflake. Track patent and trademark applications and related office actions and ensure responses are filed by applicable deadlines
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain corporate records, obtaining Good Standing certificates and State qualifications for new corporate entities; expected to provide an outstanding level of customer service while always protecting McKay and client confidential information.
This will be accomplished by standardizing, automating and integrating (CoE approach) as one company, driving data integrity and remaining agile to the evolving needs of customers and BDs Go-to-Market corporate and BU strategies.
