The primary responsibility of the role is to
develop deep knowledge of Companys product pipeline and communicate milestones to internal audiences in ways that contribute to employee understanding and engagement
In this role, you will ensure associate community management tools are being effectively developed and utilized such as annual calendar, action item list, resolution worksheets, timed agendas, RFP matrixes, committee charters, procurement procedures, FY operating budget, etc.
In this role, you will develop and implement Oculus social media and community strategies and best practices across various social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, and others.
The position entails developing and managing strong partnerships with C-level and senior program leaders to drive high-quality communications programs that achieve strategic internal communications objectives.
In this role, you will manage and execute the overall social media and online community strategy to further strengthen engagement and increase brand awareness, including building an employee, executive and partner advocacy program.
In this role, you will research industry and customer news for company -related stories; identify internal announcements with universal audience; write, edit and produce content for release in the monthly newsletter; design collateral such as posters and digital ads.
In this role, you will develop, write, and edit communications for senior executives, including organizational and product narratives, speeches, emails, articles and slide presentations. Distill complex subjects into coherent and easy-to-understand language
This person will interact regularly with the advocates, help recruit and nurture new advocates, understand their particular needs, and help shape a program that rewards the most impactful contributions to the community.
