Clinical Coordinator, Endoscopy (FTE1.0/Days) in Santa Cruz, California
The Clinical Coordinator organizes and controls the health care process for the applicable patient population through the Endoscopy department.
Provide input and assist with harmonization of Clinical Operations databases and tracking tools; assist in the maintaining clinical information and training of Clinical Operations personnel in the clinical trials database.
Actively participates with the adequacy protocol for new admissions. Assist manager to assemble the monthly adequacy team to modify aspects of treatment to correct deficiencies in the dialysis delivery.
The individual will be responsible for the designing, planning and execution of clinical pharmacology strategies & studies in support of development of small and large molecule drugs & cutting-edge novel modalities.
Provides oversight of the patient schedule and makes staff assignments; consistently reviews and evaluates patient priorities as changes occur in the condition of the patient or center; directs staff in work assignments to address these changes.
Experience in leading the design and execution of clinical pharmacology studies including bioequivalence, drug-drug interaction, special population, ethnic sensitivity, ADME and pediatric studies and integrating results into regulatory filings, and product labels.
Works closely with the Director of Womens Services, managers for Women & Childrens Services, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Nurse Educators, and Quality/Performance Improvement committees within the organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for the training environment, performs tests on post-verified patient specimens and unknowns and reviews results with supervisor or designee for competency assessment.
