In this role, you will lead the development, implementation, refinement and administration of compensation programs, including job evaluation, salary administration, bonus, stock option, geographic differential and other pay programs (including the future design of a sales compensation structure).
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the Compensation and Benefits administrator and coordinate all aspects of the planning and administration of employee compensation and benefits; provide decision-making authority on compensation and benefit plans and issues.
In this role, you will develop and present materials for the Compensation & Governance Committee of the Board of Directors, including competitive data and plan design alternatives, expense and implications.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the ongoing vendor management and administration of various benefit programs, including program analysis and recommendations, communications and HR customer service training.
This position is responsible for the day-to-day administration and compliance of the companys Health & Welfare benefits programs including: medical & dental insurance, group life, dependent life, and AD&D insurance and flexible spending accounts.
