In this role, you will manage and lead financial benefits projects and processes in partnership with our Benefits Finance Manager and vendors from design to implementation, developing scalable solutions and ensuring operational excellence.
The Benefits Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall administration of group benefit programs, including but not limited to group health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, travel and accident insurance and flexible spending plans.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the Compensation and Benefits administrator and coordinate all aspects of the planning and administration of employee compensation and benefits; provide decision-making authority on compensation and benefit plans and issues.
This position is responsible for the day-to-day administration and compliance of the companys Health & Welfare benefits programs including: medical & dental insurance, group life, dependent life, and AD&D insurance and flexible spending accounts.
In this role, the selected candidate will conduct competitive analysis and modeling for total rewards programs, including annual budget increases, competitive assessments of incentive trends and impacts, equity utilization, and financial impact modeling on incentive designs.
