In this role, the selected candidate will provide training and guidance to less advanced administrators. Applicants must have customer service skills which include the ability to meet goals in a timely manner, while being action-oriented, taking ownership, managing their time wisely and working effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Maintains baseline configurations and performs approved modifications. Documents processes, incidents, changes, Authorized Service Interruptions (ASI), and submits reports in response to unscheduled outages.
Creates and reviews records in a problem management or knowledge management database and assigns priorities with assigned functional area. Coordinates with numerous functional areas to ensure timely completion of activities.
