The Territory Manager (TM) manages and supports functions essential to sales force productivity. These include recruiting, training, developing, planning, and grassroots marketing to meet all sales goals and KPIs.
In this role, you will plans, organizes, defines, and reviews work and workflow of individual staff and the district to ensure child support cases progress timely, accurately, and with excellent customer service.
In this role you will be working with top Manufacturing companies and OEMs and distributors across several industry segments to promote and sell motion control products, communicate special programs, present marketing /advertising programs and new products, handle and process warranties, prepare and conduct training and educational seminars.
In this role, the candidate will assist dealers in establishing wholesale and retail goals, creating market demand within their territories, selling in proper stocking of product, and developing and implementing retail sales plans.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop strategies and plans for managing account activities; prioritize and coordinate opportunities across multiple accounts to maintain a healthy sales funnel; and develop, communicate, and monitors sales forecasts to ensure accuracy.
