This individual will assess patient and document findings, administer medications, as well as assess and address patient/family educational needs regarding end-stage renal disease, dialysis therapy, diet and medications.
In this role, you will supervise direct patient care, perform patient assessments, develop and administer dialysis plans, analyze patient data, administer medications, fluid therapy/blood products, and other treatments per physician orders.

In this role, the candidate will assess, Plan, Implement and evaluate nursing care to ensure quality patient care in accordance with the missions and philosophy of Fairview Behavioral Services. Behavioral experience preferred.

In this role, you will be responsible to effectively provide quality service to our patients, make independent nursing diagnoses and develop plans for care, create and implement dynamic teaching plans based on upon patient need and act as a resource for other staff members.
In this role, you will implement and coordinate the delivery of care in collaboration with physicians and resource health care personnel. He / she will utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in applying nursing knowledge.
In this role, you will implement and may customize, training programs to support the delivery of quality patient care as per the standards set forth in the Clinical Services Clinical Training Manual(s) and policies and procedures.
