The DPME is responsible for the overall technical execution, including the cost and schedule management of the technical team. The DPME position is similar to an Integrated Product Team (IPT) lead or a Program Technical Manager (PTM). In this position, the candidate is required to support numerous Government meetings and create consensus among the engineering technical team, the government team, and the program manager.
Manages all phases of the creative development process including planning, on brand creative execution and production of multiple marketing or communications (internal or external) projects simultaneously; holding the project team accountable to critical dates to ensure production schedule is met while maintaining high quality, cost-effective and timely production.
Work with appropriate customers to identify the roles of project team members, project reporting structures and frequency of interaction and any training requirements that may be needed for a team member to complete a project.
Provide support to leadership to enable successful business operations including program risk identification and remediation; drive process improvement and standardization through collaboration with impacted business partners.
Responsible for the delivery of small to medium scope projects of moderate complexity that often represent cross-organizational initiatives. Manage projects within the company's project delivery framework and utilizes company/industry-standard project management methodologies and tools. Accountable for project communications, risk assessment and contingency planning and escalation of critical issues to project sponsor/owner, etc.
Coordinate development of models, reports, and disclosures applicable to the proposed FASB CECL Standard, and work with credit risk subject matter experts in the Business Lines and in Credit Analytics to ensure a consistent and accurate approach.
