This position supports site client groups and managers, supported by the Sr. HR Business partner in managing the day-to-day Human Resource functions including: employee relations, training, performance management, on-boarding, policy implementation, employee engagement, recruiting and selection, and employment law compliance.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide effective human resources guidance and support to the business in staffing, performance management, employee relations, orientation, policy/procedure interpretation, organizational design and recognition.
