In this role, you will partner with Talent Acquisition teams to understand needs, strategize on techniques and provide consultation on offer process to deliver results and a seamless candidate experience.
In this role, you will manage or support system configuration, administration and enhancements and break/fix issue resolution. If assigned, manage the Authoria application, including system configuration, security administration and coordinating content and system refreshes with HRCS functional groups and IT.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to serve as a strategic business partner and advisor to senior executives with a solid track record of achievement in the human resources management function.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with leaders across the organization and the HR centers of excellence to design and drive strategic HR initiatives that support the organizations People, Experience, Health, and Stewardship goals.
