As a Nurse Paralegal or Nurse Consultant, you will report directly to the SVP of Quality Services and Chief Compliance Officer. Your primary responsibilities will include document creation and management, clinical and legal research, and project management.
The NP PA will work with a high level of autonomy as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of physicians, fellows, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, dieticians and transplant coordinators.
In this role, the selected candidate records and forwards checks, handles contracts for Account Executives, prepares presentations, types & proofreads correspondence, files and makes copies, relieves receptionist.
Provide clinical care for patients including assessment, diagnosis/treatment of illness, ordering and interpreting medical diagnostics, chronic illness management, wellness care, prescribing of medications, treatments, therapy, medical equipment, etc.
Review and approve craft worker certifications and trainings for specialty craft roles; participate in site orientation training, first hour orientation, and site safety meetings
Coordinate review and approval of craft worker time cards.
The provision of care includes but is not limited to comprehensive evaluation, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescription of pharmacologic agents and treatments, non-pharmacologic therapies, and counseling patients.
This position applies broad actuarial principles to develop solutions to variable situations in the areas of health and life insurance. May be responsible for product lines, functions and/or large projects.
The Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) provides health care services in the clinic setting. This may include the provision of primary and preventive healthcare services as well as care for acute illness and injury.
