Support ongoing EDG approaches and guidance materials around core capabilities needed to implement to BL level of data governance capabilities not limited to data quality, common taxonomy, change control, reference data, and master data management, data protection.
Provide technical expertise to project teams, working closely with business analysts in clarifying business needs and requirements, to enable design, development, integration, and production of data & reporting solutions across the organization.
The Data Analyst position is a key member of the Dairy Operations organization. This role will work closely with the Marketing Managers, Director of Marketing Operations, Business Intelligence team and the Digital Marketing team.
The candidate will work closely with legacy pricing system SMEs and business marketing team, identify and close data gaps, ensure the pricing data converted to SAP support the future ERP pricing processes.
Provide loyalty and marketing analysis to achieve growth and profitability goals. Includes working with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and raw external data sources to generate lead prioritization/scoring, workflow optimization, market penetration analysis, and campaign ROI analysis.
Responsible for extracting data from multiple sources, manipulating data/data validation, conducting root cause analysis, developing business/operational solutions/recommendations and presenting to Sr leadership.
Provide support around critical information and how it is used for business processing within the organization. This may be for many systems of record, provisioning points (data warehouses, marts) or business processes.
