The ADS Process Improvement Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of system process improvements. This position will assist in the creation, development, testing, implementation and monitoring of system changes and upgrades.
The continuous improvement manager provides business process expertise, strong analytical synthesis skills, and change leadership experience to lead process improvement projects which result in insightful and actionable recommendations.
In this role, you will create, develop and manage a project to completion; incorporate innovative and creative solutions to develop system enhancements or implement new systems, always working to increase efficiencies, eliminate or reduce the risk of error and reduce cost.
In this role, the selected candidate will exhibit strong understanding of integrated marketing communications programs and the process for creative design and development and materials trafficking process, and advocate for these processes as needed.
