The Director, Internal Communications will develop, implement and evaluate a comprehensive internal communication strategy and plans in support of ABRAs business objectives. The position will drive communications to enhance employee engagement and understanding of company vision, values, and goals.
In this role, you will establish measurement and reporting strategy for all of internal communications. This involves identifying strategic priorities, measurement and reporting tools, key audiences for reporting, and appropriate frequencies.
