The CRM tool is used extensively throughout our sales organization and this position will help make sure the system is operating as effectively as possible while building reports, analyzing data and continuing the implementation of CRM.
The candidate will ensures end user technology requirements are met through analysis and implementation of appropriate solutions. Provides technology project analysis/support during acquisition technical readiness projects to ensure end user technology requirements are met and properly implemented.
In this role, the selected candidate will participate in the design, implementation and maintenance of quality business systems; participate in testing, evaluation and approval of business system changes related to pricing.

The project is implementing a new 3rd party block trading tool for a discretionary product. The tool is a combination of a package implementation plus custom development and will be integrated with the brokerage platform. Detailed test cases with varying degrees of complexity are needed, along with strong test execution and problem resolution skills. Financial industry expertise and experience in executing test cases for trading of mutual funds, equities and options in a retail brokerage environment is required.
In this role, the selected candidate will prepare user stories, uses cases, acceptance criteria, screen mockups and requirements as needed. Lead the team to develop estimates including all aspects of end to end SDLC process.
In this role, you will perform less complex reporting and analysis resulting in recommendations for the business unit based on their needs for major and minor process improvements, small to medium projects within business unit.
