This role is responsible for leading and managing the global sales operations function and maximizing revenue growth through the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of sales ops programs, systems, and initiatives. Critical functions include systems management, forecasting, planning, reporting, and sales process optimization.
The primary responsibility of the role is to
collaborate with stakeholders and cross functional teams ( requires ability to liaise with internal and external partners and / or vendors ) to launch campaigns and projects as expected, with high degree of quality, within regulatory guidelines and achieving desired results.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide vision and leadership to ensure the companys operational controls are running effectively; manages the manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, maintenance, extrusion and warehouse operations.
The successful candidate will be able to build relationships with repair shops, manage locomotive inspections for a fleet of nearly 500 units, develop fleet strategy as part of a cross-functional team, work with Customer Service team to support service requests, develop and maintain the locomotive technical database (strong excel/PC skills).
