Develop, lead and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy for the Finance, HR, Communications/IR, and Legal/Admin Services functional groups. Lead and own all full-cycle Talent Acquisition activities, including talent identification, sourcing, attraction, alignment, and retention to support desired business objectives.
