In this role, the selected candidate will work with Professional Services Managers, ATAE's, Project Managers and customers to manage expectations and timelines to ensure expectations and commitments are being met.
In this role, the selected candidate will review assigned service requests daily, following up and providing status updates to clients; ensure data pertaining to the status of service requests is entered into the problem tracking systems accurately and promptly to provide an up-to-date picture of service delivery status and backlog.

This Engineer will be responsible for managing the company's network related architecture (Both internal and Client based), provide technical and maintenance support for various hardware and software products, administer remote access and disaster recovery systems, conduct server and systems set-ups and configuration designs, and provide internal and external user support.
As a Senior Network Wireless Engineer, you will have the responsibility to analyze existing customer environments using wireless survey tools, identify areas of concern, recommend new solutions comprised of products and services to remediate the environment and install new wireless and network infrastructure.
