The Site Engineering Manager is accountable for developing the site master plan (facility and asset long-range plans), ensuring engineering leadership for existing lines driving the technical agenda towards 85% Global Line Efficiency and 100% Vertical Start-up as well as leading the development and execution of new initiatives in line with the site master plan.
The Site Development Manager will report to the Alternative Coverage Solutions Manager, Acquisition, and will provide leadership, expertise, communications, quality control, guidance and support for venue site development activities and partner management.
The Site Safety Manager must be an effective communicator and send clear, concise and consistent messages, both verbally and in writing. You will instruct and train Operations Leaders in Amazon safety policies and assist the operations site teams in incorporating our safety standards at their site.
In this role, you will analyze safety metrics and review incident weekly and monthly incident trends to discover trends to justify the allocation of appropriate resources to areas where the safety risk is highest.
This position is responsible for all activities of the location. With the assistance of an Operations Manager, oversees and directs all departments within facility and is held accountable for its performance.
