The Conflict Attorney will assist in standardizing and centralizing our conflicts review and intake process. This position will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and resolving potential conflicts of interest related to new firm business and lateral hiring.
In this role, you will monitor and remain apprised of case law developments in electronic discovery; monitor advancements in e-discovery and litigation technology systems; and other projects as assigned.

exercise independent legal judgment on trust investment management and investment adviser regulatory and contractual issues, balanced against business risks, fiduciary risks, and policy considerations in consultation with management.
The Senior Counsel, Employment, will have responsibility for providing legal support to the company on all employment matters. Stepping into a newly created role, this lawyer will have responsibility for developing, leading and advising on a range of employment issues.
In this role, you will develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with business partners at all levels across the enterprise as well as with colleagues on the Legal Services team is a must.
