The Learning Leader Marketing is responsible for the creation of a world-class Marketing Academy. This academy will focus on building, activating, and sustaining a contemporary learning strategy to enable our Global Marketing Functions MBOs, KPIs, and initiatives.
In this role, you will lead team member relations, which includes resolving team member issues, compliance, providing coaching guidance to leaders, facilitating terminations, responding to issues on policies, procedures and programs, and conducting exit interviews.
In this role, you will partner with the business and lead a global team of HR business partners to drive talent strategies throughout the global account with a focus on attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
In this role, you will design, plan, and implement learning programs in alignment with the Ownerversity learning philosophy. The programs range from professional and leadership skills, onboarding programs, as well as job-specific skills.
This role is responsible for creating the game changing learning design for the university and the academies. We would love to build our own Edx equivalent but not stop there and pioneer a new era in digital and face to face learning experience design.
In this role, the selected candidate will conduct performance evaluations, hiring, training, coaching, periodic meetings, and other associated managerial activities; develop and monitor the department budget and business plan.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage/direct the activities and people associated with small to large scale projects with a focus on any or several non-IT business applications and disciplines.

In this role, the selected candidate will manage the full cycle of Staff Recruiting, including meeting with hiring managers to create a recruiting strategy, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and extending job offers.
In this role, the selected candidate will identify core enterprise-wide and divisional requirements for communications, training, and reporting tools in partnership with HR Leadership Team, overseeing development and execution.
