The Plant Quality Manager is responsible for providing leadership to a large or complex plant in the area of maintaining and improving the quality systems as prescribed by the Division and the corporate standards.
This position is responsible for managing staff involved in quality improvement for clinical operations and coordinating Quality Improvement (QI) and related initiatives for assigned areas; maintaining interface of internal/external groups which impact corporate quality improvement goals and objectives.
The Manager of Global Quality Compliance is responsible for verifying compliance with cGMPs, international regulatory requirements and established internal policies. This position ensures that executive management is aware of compliance business risks and regulatory requirements.
The incumbent works closely with R&D regarding product quality planning and design change/improvements that will have significant impact on the business. The incumbent maintains communication with the Director-QRA for assistance in resolving major quality initiatives/projects and executing design, development, and design transfer initiatives
Create and maintain tools and resources for survey readiness such as access to online standards Accreditation Manager Plus, ACCESS specific Survey Readiness Handbook for staff and update the internal site with resources for health centers and administrative staff.
In this role, the selected candidate assures compliance of customer requirements by managing quality policies, standards, procedures, programs and practices while driving and facilitating continuous improvement.
Coordinate communication between team members/attending physicians/caregivers to ensure the appropriateness of care and outcome planning and ensures compliance through review of documentation and care coordination activities.
